Ask us to delete your beta-request data.
The public website currently has no user account, tracker, medical intake, or photo upload. If you contacted Beauty-Seoul by email, you can request deletion of that correspondence.
How to request deletion
- Email [email protected] with the subject “Beauty-Seoul data deletion request.”
- Send the request from the same email address you used to contact us.
- Do not include medical records, photos, passwords, or identity documents.
What happens next
We will verify control of the address, identify beta-request records tied to it, and confirm completion or explain any narrow legal/security record that must be retained.
Future app accounts
Before real user accounts or Meta/WhatsApp message data are accepted, Beauty-Seoul will add an authenticated in-product deletion flow and update this page with the applicable retention and appeal process.
